Yogurt Berry Bowl with Cacao Nibs

Ingredients (serves 2):

• 400 g (1 ¾ cups) Greek yogurt (or plant-based alternative)
• 1 tbsp honey or coconut sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 100 g (¾ cup) fresh strawberries
• 100 g (¾ cup) blueberries
• 1 ripe banana
• 2 tbsp cacao nibs
• 2 tbsp granola or puffed quinoa
• Fresh mint leaves (optional)
• Zest of 1 organic lemon

Instructions:
Prepare the base: Stir yogurt with honey and vanilla until smooth.

Slice the fruit: Quarter the strawberries and slice the banana.

Assemble the bowls: Divide the yogurt into two bowls and top with the fruit.
